Walker went to her school at the Germantown Friends School located in Philadelphia's Germantown in 1994, and was awarded an award in 1994. In 1998, she graduated with an undergraduate diploma at Harvard College. Welker is engaged to John Hughes a well-known marketing director at Merck located in Philadelphia and has two children. The couple began being involved in an affair. John her husband is a year younger than her. Since their relationship was prosperous, they chose to go to the next step.
