Rosalia Vila Tobella[2] (born 25 September 1992),[3] known mononymously as Rosalia (Spanish: [rosa'li.a], Catalan: [ruz@'li.@]),[4][5][6] is a Spanish singer. She was born and was raised in Barcelona. Her eclectic music has earned her the title of "atypical pop star". In the age of 13 she fell in an obsession with Spanish folk music and studied musicology at Catalonia College of Music. She was also seen at weddings and music bars.
